Missouri Voter Registration Application

 You can register online or in person. Below you can find information on the ways to register. 

To be eligible to register to vote, you must:

  • be a citizen of the United States

  • be 18 or older on or before the General Election

  • not be a convicted felon. If you have been convicted of a felony, your civil rights must have been restored

  • not have been judged “mentally incompetent” in a court of law

Register at one of the Randolph County Clerk's locations

  • A Missouri Secretary of State's drivers license facility (DMV). You can register to vote when you obtain or renew your driver’s license or state identification card at any of the license facilities.

*Deadline is October 7, 2020 for the November 3, 2020 General Election.
